The Conant Mediation Center was created in 1997, the physical integration of a vision that I had to provide a privately owned and operated neutral location for your dispute resolution needs. I have personally collected and established a roster of Qualified Mediators and Arbitrators with substantial real experience - both in the courtroom and in the boardroom - to suit any need that you may have. This, together with a suitable neutral location is sure to provide you with the best possible result.
During the tenure of Florida’s Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Mediation Program, the Conant Mediation Center limited its scope to the Mediation of Foreclosure matters. With the termination of the “RMFMP” in December of 2011, we were able to expand our services back to that which we provided prior to the Mortgage Foreclosure Crisis. What is most exciting, is the establishment of the Conant Mediation Center in Arizona. Although an extension of the law practice of Jonathan D.
